Free Teletherapy Story Recap! September 15, 2020 |
Story StructurePersonally, I LOVE books and I use them during almost every therapy session (when possible). It is an engaging and efficient way to target almost any goal from language to articulation and everything in between. The page below actually discusses how to target story grammar/narrative structure with children under 5 through play. I thought this might help some parents out there and a fun "home practice" activity to give parents to practice throughout the week. For therapy, I have been using Epic and LOVING it. I may never go back actually. I made a "generic" Google Slides Presentation that I use after reading a book to target story grammar with my 5 and older kids. There is a link for a free copy below. ![]() Oral Language Development Activities Using Story Grammar!
