Let's clean out the cupboards....
January 05, 2021
Happy New Year!
Happy NEW YEAR!!! I welcome 2021 with open arms. We all have high hopes for 2021 so fingers cross it lives up to our expectations :)
Now, I LOVE Christmas. I was able to blame COVID-19 on why I started decorating on November 1st; however, I'm not sure what my excuse was last year or what it will be next year :).
As much as I LOVE to decorate for the holidays, I equally LOVE to take down all the decorations and prepare for the new year. New Year's happens to be one of my favorite holidays as well. Not for the party per se. It is over-priced, over-hyped, and always a letdown (well, not when I got to celebrate in Cartagena - Colombians now how to ring in the new year).
I digress. I love the fresh start. I love cleaning out the physical clutter of my house, donating unused items, organizing, and creating a clean slate. I love cleaning out the clutter in mind as I reflect on the past year and dream of the current year. I love making resolutions, plans, and goals.
I decided to apply that mindset here. I want to get back to the basics. To start, I made "clean" decks for articulation for all sounds, even blends. These can be used for drill practice, to share with families to practice at home, and/or to be used in games.
Click the page below for a complete overview of articulation therapy (let's get back to the basics here) and a free no-print K deck using Google Slides.
