which sensory therapy should we choose?

So, I was thinking about sensory therapy for my son Brian, 11. He has this difficulty answering questions and, basically, he's not saying anything unless he really needs to.
Our doctor strongly recommend to consider sensory therapy for him. Right now me and my husband are about to choose, so I need feedback :)
Which form of therapy is better: auditory or cognitive? We did some reading, like http://www.sensory-therapies.com/ and I'm thinking about ILS, TLP and "Play attention". Please help us to choose.
